Doctor of Medicine
Zaza Uertashvili successfully graduated from Tbilisi State Medical Institute faculty of medicine in 1988; he was awarded with a degree of Doctor of Medicine at the same university in 1997.
In 1989-1997 he worked as an emergency physician at the Clinical and Experimental Surgery Institute in the Emergency Department; in 1997-2011 he held positions of senior staff scientist, doctor-therapist and cardiologist at the same Institute in the department of Chronic Ischemic Disease of Heart and Cardiomyopathy. In 1998-2011 he conducted educational activities in various clinics. He is the founder and director of therapeutic clinic Ltd Imedi since 2004. He worked as doctor cardiologist and therapist at the Medical Center Junona in 2011-2015.
Currently, he is leading the lecture courses in anatomy, microbiology and pathoanatomy at European University Faculty of Medicine.
