Irma Ginsburg graduated from Tbilisi State Medical Institute in 1993. In 1999 she graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical Institute postgraduate studies at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 1999 she defended the thesis and obtained the status of candidate for medicine sciences.
In 1993 and 1996 she worked as a gynecologist at the 4th maternity home in Tbilisi, in 1997 - in Gideon Richter's Transcaucasian Representation. From 1997 to 2002 she held a possition of the head of Drug Quality Control Department in Lechiava-Geo - a joint Georgian-Czech pharmaceutical company. In 2002-2011, she worked as a General Manager of Medical Center Gin-Medi. In 2011-2013 she was an administrative manager of the Universal Medicine Group - Azerbaijani-Turkish Company, from 2014 to 2016 - Medical Representative of JNC Ltd (Russian Pharmaceutical Company Biocadi and German Pharmaceutical Company Wala). In 2017 and 2018 she took the position of Dean's assistant at the Caucasus International University.
Currently she holds lectures for gynecology and histology at European University.
